Cleveland & Austin Wedding Photographer — Nathan Migal Photography

I photograph weddings in Cleveland and Austin/Hill Country, creating images that feel like the day actually felt—quiet looks, big laughter, and everything between. My approach is documentary and relaxed: I plan well, read the room, and keep portraits quick so you can stay with your guests. If this sounds like you, the next step is simple: Check availability and we’ll start a plan that fits your timeline, light, and venues.

I split my season between Northeast Ohio and Central Texas, with select destination dates. Expect a calm presence, clear timelines, and galleries that are true-to-color and true-to-you. Browse a few full wedding days in the wedding portfolio, learn more about me, or check out the FAQ’s below.

What areas do you serve most often?

Cleveland, Akron/Canton, and Lake Erie venues; in Texas, Austin, Dripping Springs, and the Hill Country. I also accept a limited number of destination weddings each year (Mexico and beyond). If permits or venue rules apply, I’ll coordinate—or note “confirm with venue” if policies aren’t posted.

How does the day feel with you as our photographer?

Calm, observant, and organized. I’m documenting your day as it actually felt, guiding only when timing or light needs it. Portraits are quick; candids lead.

Will you balance Cleveland and Austin availability?

Yes. I hold dedicated blocks in both markets. If your date is flexible, I can suggest options that align with seasonal light in each region.

What’s the editing + delivery approach?

True-to-color files with soft contrast and flattering skin tones. Galleries arrive in about 2–3 weeks, with a small preview sooner; delivery window is confirmed in your proposal.

How do you handle portraits if we’re camera-shy?

We’ll keep you moving, talk you through simple prompts, and take breaks so you can be with your people. The goal is creating timeless, true-to-you images—without breaking the flow of your day.

Do you photograph destination or elopement days?

Yes. I photograph elopements and destination weekends with custom coverage and travel plans. Ask for a lightweight schedule that leaves time to explore.

Can you suggest photo locations near our venues?

Absolutely—I map out nearby options and time them to the best light. If a permit is required, I’ll flag it and note confirm with venue.

What about family photos and logistics?

We’ll make a short list, assign a helper for each side of the family, and keep the set organized. It’s quick, respectful, and efficient.
